TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Any driving tuition contract is between you and your assigned instructor. We do not take any responsibility for monies paid to them.

Cancellation policy is 48 hours before your lesson.

You will be supplied with your driving Instructor’s telephone number for all of your future communications.

We cannot be responsible for lesson cancellation due to mechanical breakdown, but we will endeavour to find a replacement vehicle as soon as possible.

Your driving instructor has the right to withdraw the tuition car for the day of your driving test if in the instructors opinion the candidate is not deemed to be to the required test standard.

We will provide the pupil with a dual controlled car in a clean roadworthy and tidy condition.

Our instructors will abide by an equal opportunity policy and will not discriminate against Race, Colour, Creed, Gender, or Sexual Orientation.

We accepts no responsibility for any monies paid in advance to the Instructor for driving lessons.
